I just had to email and let you know what a great service your company does. I live in Hull and had Paul West this morning to clip and wash my shih tzu, Alfie, i am delighted with the result. We have used grooming parlours previously and have had problems afterwards each time, i have also never really been satisfied with the cut they had given him, so this time i decided to give Dial a dog wash a try and i am so glad i did. I stayed in the van with Alfie while Paul got to work mainly because i wanted to see how the grooming process works, and its a good job I did because i came in useful at times when Alfie decided he was going to be a bit naughty and make life difficult for Paul to clip him. Paul was very patient throughout, he really is a lovely fellow and a credit to your company. I will definitely be booking him again next time. Please pass on my thanks.
